When we moved into our new house, John and his team came to check our central heating system. We found them to be professional and considerate whilst doing an excellent job. Shortly after, our boiler broke down , just a couple of weeks before Christmas ,and meant that we had no heating. The team sprang into action, ordering our new boiler and, even though they were very busy in the week prior to Christmas, they fitted us into their schedule to ensure that the boiler was installed. We must not forget the organisational skills and good humour of Roxy in the office, who co-ordinated it all for us. My wife and I are delighted with the very high standard of their work and it was a delight to have such nice people in our home.
